All Bioflow rare earth and ceramic magnets are manufactured to a high quality and
specification, the modules carry a lifetime manufacturer guarantee on the magnetic
properties.
Subject to normal conditions of use all products also carry a 12 month manufacturer
warranty against faulty parts or workmanship, 10 years on the water conditioner. Your
statutory rights are not affected.
Mail-order customers may return any unwanted purchase unused in original packaging within 14
days of purchase for a full refund (see terms below).
Products that have been used or damaged cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
All products carry a 12 month warranty against faulty parts or workmanship. In the
unlikely event that you have a problem with your purchase within the warranty period your
product will be replaced or repaired free of charge. Your statutory rights are not
affected.

All refunds are subject to a 2% transaction fee. Some refunds may be
subject to a deduction of 15% of the full MRRP. Postage and delivery charges are not
refundable. Refund policy does not apply to consumable products.
Refunds are made within 28 days of receipt of returned goods.
In all cases the product must be returned to us at our advertised address. Customers are
responsible for the cost, including delivery and postage, of returning goods to our
published address. We cannot replace or refund products that have been lost for any
reason.
